Intentional Living - Motivation for Making IT Happen

Intentional Living Is The Healthy & Vibrant Pulse of Life

When I am asked what I believe intentional living is, my answer is the same, and it's the theme of this issue. Of all the great appreciations in life, to me this is the most important. Every desired outcome achieved, reward, and dream captured in life is obtained only through this action. Intentional living.

Wayne Dyer said it best, "Our intention creates our reality." Unfortunately, many people don't dare to live intentionally. Instead, they play it safe or play small in life in order to avoid causing waves or failing while others are watching. Consequently, failing to capture and live their dream. Wherever the herd is going, they move in that direction fearful to ever break ranks to truly live.

Intentional living requires us to take risks, play big, cause waves at times, fail often, capture meaningful goals, live our dreams, and boldly break ranks to live life to the fullest. Intentional living is the healthy and vibrant pulse of life. The bottom line is this: Without a pulse, you're dead.

Intentional living is not derived from the outside; it is only derived from within. Intentional living is a state of mind, and you can continually choose to live intentionally. When you focus on all you have and all that you are, right now, that is where intentional living is born. Where can you learn? How can you stretch? What must you do to make your best better? Who can assist you in making your "IT" happen?

There has never been a better time to start living intentionally—to start living boldly, purposely, courageously, fearlessly, passionately, resiliently, triumphantly, and prosperously. In this issue of MOTIVATION, we will help you to strengthen both your mind and actions so that you empower yourself to continually live intentionally, and begin using the necessary motivation for making "IT" happen. It does not matter if your "IT" is better health, personal development, professional development, business development, achievement, education, a healthy relationship, family improvements, a goal, a dream, starting over, deciding to be happy, or you living life to the fullest. This issue is intentionally for you. I interviewed Jewel Diamond Taylor, The Self-Esteem Doctor, on Intentional Living; and Joe Mangano, successful restaurant and hospitality entrepreneur, on being intentional in business and life. And our feature cover articles are filled with strategies that will show you proven ways to become and stay intentional for a better living, and a brighter and more rewarding future.

Now, let's live intentionally!
